
Mobile working from abroad opens up new opportunities for employees and employers alike. Legally, working models such as “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) or “Workation” must be well prepared. In particular, the question of the extent to which third-country nationals are allowed to work on a mobile basis within the European Union is becoming increasingly important.
