Veselin Zlatarov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. After graduating from a German school abroad in Sofia, he studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin, specializing in European business law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stations, among others, at the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and at KPMG Law in public procurement law. Even before his legal clerkship, Veselin Zlatarov worked as a research assistant at various law firms in the fields of public commercial law and public procurement law.
Since his admission in 2022, he has focused on advising public clients on the preparation and implementation of procurement procedures.
