Biography

Stella Gronau has been working as a licensed attorney in the Legal Public Services practice at KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2025. She studied law at the University of Leipzig and completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Dresden Higher Regional Court. Her practice focuses on public commercial law. As part of interdisciplinary teams, she advises clients primarily on public procurement law as well as related areas of European, administrative, and IT contract law. She assists public-sector clients in the design, structuring, and implementation of EU-wide and national procurement projects to ensure they are carried out in a pragmatic, goal-oriented, legally compliant, and successful manner.
