Petra Swai is a senior manager at KPMG Law. Within KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, she is a member of the Real Estate Law Practice Group.
She provides comprehensive advice on the conclusion of rental and lease agreements for commercial use, for example offices or retail space, but also in particular for the operation of a hotel. In addition to negotiating hotel operating agreements, she also advises on franchise agreement negotiations.
Of course, Petra Swai is also happy to assist you in real estate transactions, both on the side of the seller and the buyer. The execution of a legal due diligence is included in addition to advice on the contractual documentation (asset deal and share deal).
