Biography

Nikolai Fritsche heads the employment law and mediation practice at KPMG Law’s Nuremberg office as part of the nationwide CHRO Services – Employment Law & Mediation team. In addition to advising companies on individual and collective employment law, one of his main areas of practice is providing nationwide advice to the public sector with ministries and advising in the health care sector. As a specialist attorney for labor law and mediator, he supports personnel departments in negotiations with the works council as well as the staff council and ensures that solutions that are in line with the interests of the parties can be found and implemented in a legally correct manner.
