Nicole Bohn is a senior associate at KPMG Law and works primarily in commercial and corporate law. She advises national and international companies of various industries in all areas of strategic and operational business, such as purchasing, sales, research & development, logistics and supports our clients, inter alia, in contract drafting (including general terms and conditions), contract review and contract negotiation. She also advises clients on investment construction projects. Another focus of her work is dispute resolution. Nicole Bohn represents clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes (in particular liability disputes) and in commercial arbitration proceedings.
