Biography

Nicole Bohn is a manager at KPMG Law and works primarily in commercial and corporate law. She advises national and international companies from a wide range of industries in all areas of strategic and operational business, such as purchasing, sales, research & development, logistics and supports our clients in drafting contracts (including general terms and conditions), contract review and contract negotiation. She also advises clients on plant construction projects. A further focus of her work is dispute resolution. Nicole Bohn represents clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes (in particular liability disputes) and in commercial arbitration proceedings.
