Natalia Gorzawski advises on all aspects of European and German antitrust law. A key focus of her practice is merger control proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. She also advises clients on investment control matters.
Natalia Gorzawski studied law in Berlin and Paris. She gained a broad understanding of antitrust and foreign trade issues during her legal clerkship in the competition law division of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, at the Federal Foreign Office, where she dealt with trade policy issues, and in the antitrust practice of an international business law firm.
Natalia Gorzawski is a member of the Antitrust Law Study Group.
