Biography

Moritz Richter earned his law degree from the University of Potsdam. After completing his legal clerkship in Berlin, which included stints at an international business law firm and a company in the renewable energy sector, he earned his Ph.D. from Freie Universität Berlin.

As an attorney at KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Berlin, Moritz Richter advises national and international clients on corporate law. His practice focuses on corporate governance, litigation, and compliance. He also assists companies in conducting internal investigations.
