Criminal tax law and conflicts
Martina Vietz works as a lawyer and tax law specialist in Stuttgart and Munich.
As a manager in the practice group “Criminal Tax Law, Commercial Criminal Law and Tax Litigation”, the focus of her advice is on preventive counseling in cases of tax evasion in the corporate sector and by private individuals, as well as on representing clients vis-à-vis tax, customs and law enforcement authorities in cases of allegations of tax crimes and misdemeanors.
Another focus of her work is the enforcement of clients’ interests in contentious tax proceedings before the tax authorities and before the tax courts.
