Biography

Marion-Béatrice Venencie-Nolte studied law at the Universities of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense and Potsdam and has been admitted as an “Avocate à la Cour” in France since 2017 and as a “European Lawyer (EuRAG)” at the Berlin Bar Association since 2018.
She has been advising national and multinational companies in three languages on all aspects of data protection law and IT security at KPMG Law’s Berlin office since 2023. She also specializes in foreign trade law, export control and international compliance. Before joining KPMG Law, she used her entrepreneurial and pragmatic thinking on a daily basis for the benefit of her clients in another Big Four law firm in IP, IT and data protection law.
