Biography

Marie-Valentine Goffin joined KPMG Law in 2019 as an attorney in the Intellectual Property practice group. She advises clients from all industries on intellectual property issues. Prior to joining KPMG Law, she advised on IP, IT and data protection law at another Big Four law firm.

Marie-Valentine has experience in trademark, copyright, as well as competition law. In addition, she advises on proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, accompanies corporate transactions from an IP perspective and coordinates projects in the international network.
