Linus studied law in Göttingen and, during his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig, completed stages at the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior and Sport and at Volkswagen AG in the group legal department in the area of distribution and distribution antitrust law before being admitted to the bar in 2024. In 2025, Linus successfully completed the Executive MBA (EMBA) in Mergers & Acquisitions at the JurGrad in Münster (WWU Münster).
Linus advises private equity investors as well as national and international clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions and restructurings.
