Banking and capital markets law
Linda Karl advises national and international clients on banking regulatory law and related corporate and contract law. Before joining KPMG Law, she worked as a lawyer in banking supervisory law and in stock corporation and capital markets law. She has advised on the establishment of financial services institutions and supported credit institutions in owner control proceedings. In addition, she has advised listed and unlisted stock corporations on stock corporation and capital market law.
