Criminal tax law:
Lea Mauersberger has been working as a lawyer at KPMG Law’s Düsseldorf office since 2024. She previously worked as a research assistant in our team during her legal clerkship. Lea Mauersberger advises in the areas of tax and commercial criminal law. Her work focuses on providing comprehensive advice to national and international companies and their executives as well as private individuals on avoiding criminal tax risks and defending clients in criminal tax and administrative offense proceedings. In addition, she assists in the preparation and submission of voluntary declarations exempting from prosecution.
