Biography

Lea Mauersberger has been working as an attorney at KPMG Law’s Düsseldorf office since 2024. Prior to that, she worked as a research assistant on our team while completing her legal clerkship.

Lea Mauersberger advises clients in the areas of tax and white-collar crime law. Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice to national and international companies and their executives, as well as private individuals, on avoiding criminal tax risks and defending clients in criminal tax and administrative offense proceedings. In addition, she assists with the preparation and filing of voluntary disclosures to avoid criminal penalties.
