Justus Bauer studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Tübingen, including a period at a major international law firm in Brussels. He joined KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in 2021.

He advises entities in the healthcare sector, in particular on the acquisition, establishment and restructuring of companies through mergers, demergers or changes of legal form.
In addition, he supports managing directors and board members in a wide range of operational issues.
