Jana de Wit

Biography

Jana de Wit was admitted to the bar in 2018 and joined KPMG Law in 2022. Before joining KPMG Law, she worked in a law firm specializing in medical law and advised service providers comprehensively on issues of professional, contract physician and corporate law as well as on regulatory framework conditions. A particular focus was on supporting transactions in the outpatient sector.

Jana de Wit supports clients from the healthcare industry in the public sector throughout Germany. In particular, she advises hospital operators on corporate and regulatory issues, including hospital planning law. In particular, she focuses on ongoing issues relating to hospital operations, including the structuring and optimization of operational processes and contractual relationships. In addition, she advises on the legal conception and implementation of cooperation and care models. She also supports projects relating to medical care centers, in particular start-ups as well as acquisition and sale processes and advises on contractual arrangements and structuring in the outpatient sector.
