Jacqueline Unkelbach advises on all issues of German and European antitrust law, merger control law and foreign investment control. This includes representing companies in cartel, abuse of dominance and merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and in court, as well as advising on antitrust compliance and distribution law.
She completed her studies in Trier, Osaka (Japan) and Norwich (UK). She also worked as an attorney in the antitrust practice group of another international law firm in Cologne from 2019 to 2021.
