Henrik-Christian Baumann advises public clients and companies on the legal management of complex procurement, infrastructure and digitalization projects. He is consulted in particular in situations in which procurement and public law requirements, project complexity and political or budgetary framework conditions are closely interlinked.
One focus of his work is the legal support of procurement procedures and procurement processes in the public sector, including large-volume infrastructure, construction and IT projects. He supports clients in the structuring of legally compliant procedures, the management of ongoing contract awards and the handling of conflict and review proceedings under public procurement law. He also advises on issues of public commercial law and healthcare law.
Henrik-Christian Baumann has worked as a lawyer for many years and is a partner at KPMG Law. As a specialist lawyer for public procurement law and a specialist lawyer for information technology law, he combines expertise in public procurement law with a keen understanding of technical and organizational project requirements in the public sector.
