Biography

Gunars Urdze has been working for KPMG Law in the area of crisis and restructuring consulting since 2009. As a senior manager, he handles a wide variety of mandates relating to insolvency law and advises companies and managing directors both in the enforcement of claims and with regard to the defense against claims and the avoidance of liability risks.

The expertise in the areas of corporate and M&A acquired during his previous employment with an international commercial law firm benefits him in his cooperation with fellow lawyers, auditors, tax advisors and insolvency administrators, as does his stamina, discipline and assertiveness honed in numerous athletic competitions.
