Franka Wilhelm studied Business and Law (LL.M) at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Wildau. She has been advising national and multinational companies on data protection and IT security at KPMG Law in Berlin since 2023. Another focus of her advice is on foreign trade law. Before joining KPMG Law, she used her knowledge in another Big Four law firm in IP, IT and data protection law and public procurement law.
