Florian Kirstein advises and represents national and international clients on all matters of commercial and criminal tax law. The areas of tax, customs and foreign trade offenses as well as corruption and criminal product liability issues, the implementation and support of internal investigations and the judicial and extrajudicial representation of companies damaged by criminal offenses are the focus of his advice.
He represents companies and individuals in criminal and fine proceedings before law enforcement authorities, public prosecutors and courts.
Before joining KPMG Law, Florian Kirstein worked for several years as a senior public prosecutor and head of a department for criminal tax matters and subsidy fraud at the Hamburg public prosecutor’s office.
