Biography

Florian Gonsior advises clients on all matters relating to public commercial law. His consulting focus is on complex approval projects and planning approval procedures with all related issues from administrative, constitutional, European, environmental and planning law. In addition to species and nature conservation law, environmental law issues regularly include, in particular, questions relating to immission control law. In addition, he advises clients on the entire spectrum of public building law, both on issues relating to building regulations and building planning law.
