Biography

Christian Hensel has more than fifteen years of experience in providing legal advice to clients on national and international M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments as well as carve-out and post-merger integration projects. He is the office manager of KPMG Law in Nuremberg and has headed the Germany-wide Corporate/M&A cluster since 2024.
