Björn Zunker has been an admitted attorney in the Legal Public Sector division at KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2021. He studied at the Philipps University in Marburg.
In the field of public commercial law, he mainly advises on subsidies and EU state aid law, in particular on the public financing of public services (e.g. education, energy supply, public transport). In addition, he is active in various areas of special administrative law, such as freedom of information and civil service law.
