Biography

Bernd Federmann is a partner at KPMG Law and, as a member of the Compliance & Investigations Practice Group, is responsible for corporate governance and compliance consulting in the Southwest.

The focus of his consulting services is on the establishment and expansion of compliance management systems (CMS), as well as the support of companies in regular compliance operations, especially in the coordination and implementation of compliance risk assessments and training, as well as the topic of whistleblowing and whistleblower systems.

With support from the global KPMG Law network, he also handles international projects with a holistic approach together with colleagues from KPMG AG. This ensures that the link with the ICS, risk management and internal auditing is always aligned with the company’s specific business processes – worldwide.
