Anna Lena Opitz-Schellenberg advises as a lawyer and specialist in medical law in particular private, denominational and non-profit hospital operators. Her focus is on corporate and regulatory (including hospital planning and subsidy law) advice on restructuring, mergers and transactions of all kinds as well as legal support for cooperation models. In addition, she advises on the establishment, acquisition and sale of medical care centers as well as on contractual arrangements and structuring in the outpatient sector with a focus on corporate and medical law.
