Biography

Andreas Fuchs advises federal, state and local authorities on the legal framework for public projects in terms of state aid, grants and budgets as well as on general administrative law issues. In public procurement law, he advises public clients on the structuring and implementation of EU-wide and national procurement projects, in particular construction and infrastructure projects.

Andreas Fuchs studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg and the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, as well as business administration at the DHBW Stuttgart. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg with an elective station at the 6th Senate of the Higher Administrative Court of Rhineland-Palatinate in Koblenz.
