Victoria Schöll joined KPMG Law in 2021 in the Legal Financial Services Practice Group. Her focus is on capital markets law, investment and securities regulatory law. She advises German and foreign capital management companies, asset managers, institutional investors and financial services companies on fund structuring, acquisition and admissibility issues, target investments as well as on all challenges regarding investment law and regulatory issues. In addition, she accompanies her clients through regulatory approval and permit procedures.
