KPMG Law advises on the sale of hpm Henkel Projektmanagement GmbH

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) provided legal advice to THE-Holding GmbH and its managing partner Thomas Henkel in connection with the sale of hpm Henkel Projektmanagement GmbH.

KPMG Law advised on the legal aspects of the transaction, in particular on the structuring of the sale, the legal support of the due diligence and the negotiation and implementation of the transaction documentation.

hpm Henkel Projektmanagement GmbH, based in Dresden, is a consulting and engineering company that provides comprehensive project management services. The company is particularly active in the areas of project control, construction management, procurement and sustainability consulting and primarily supports public construction and real estate administrations, project developers and private clients. The interdisciplinary team comprises around 25 employees.

BKW Engineering AG is a network of independent engineering, architecture, appraisal and testing companies with a focus on the DACH region. The transaction enables BKW Engineering AG to strengthen its market position in the field of project management services in Germany.
