M&A 360 degrees – rethinking the transaction

We cordially invite you to the next face-to-face meeting of the BUJ M&A Section on Monday, 11.05.2026, from 13:00 – 17:00, followed by a get-together.

We are organizing the face-to-face session together with the Federal Association of Corporate Lawyers at Friedenstraße 10, 81761 Munich.

Our event in Munich will take place under the title “M&A 360 Grad – Transaction rethought!” and will focus on legal, business and technological topics of M&A transactions.

We are delighted that Dagmar Mundani, Head of Mergers, Acquisitions, Post Closing and Government Engagement at Siemens, will open the event with a keynote speech on current M&A topics from a corporate perspective.
