KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) advised Adiuva Capital GmbH, a Hamburg-based private equity firm (“Adiuva“), in connection with the sale of its portfolio company Konzmann GmbH and its subsidiaries (“KONZMANN Group”) to KLAR Partners, a European private equity firm.
The KONZMANN Group is a service provider for energy and building technology (TGA) with over 30 locations in Germany. With around 1,100 employees, it offers planning, implementation and operation of technical systems.
KPMG Law prepared separate legal books, assisted in the preparation of the purchase agreement annexes and in the due diligence sales process of the KONZMANN Group. KPMG’s tax advisors provided support with regard to tax issues.
The KPMG Law partner responsible was Dr. Christian Nordholtz (Corporate/M&A) from the Hanover office.
