Maren Magdalena Jerebic has been a lawyer at KPMG Law since 2023 and advises national and international companies on corporate law issues in the implementation of corporate transactions and restructurings. She also advises in connection with IPOs and general issues of stock corporation and capital market law.
She studied law at the University of Göttingen and already worked for KPMG Law during her legal clerkship. She was able to gain additional experience during her legal clerkship in the legal department of a global car manufacturer.
