Tim von Strachwitz-Helmstatt has been a licensed lawyer in the Legal Public Sector department at KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2023. He studied at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. He completed his legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court.
His practice focuses on public commercial law. He advises in interdisciplinary teams, in particular on public procurement law, European law and administrative law. He supports the public sector in the conceptualization, structuring and implementation of EU-wide and national procurement projects, for example, so that these are handled pragmatically, purposefully, legally compliant and successfully.
