Criminal tax law and conflicts
Murielle Sprinz has been working at KPMG Law’s Munich office in the field of tax and white-collar crime law since 2021. She advises national and international companies and their executives as well as private individuals comprehensively on the avoidance of criminal tax risks and defends clients in criminal tax and administrative offense proceedings.
Another focus of her work is advising on money laundering law, in particular in relation to the transparency register.
