KPMG Law and KPMG advise Hannover University of Veterinary Medicine on acquisition of Boehringer Ingelheim vaccine laboratories in Hannover, Germany

Boehringer Ingelheim operated a commercial vaccine laboratory in Kirchrode for veterinary research and development of veterinary products and for the provision of laboratory and diagnostic services for veterinary purposes.

Partner Falko Fiedler and Director Klaus-Peter Beyer of KPMG have been advising TiHo for many years and established the contact for TiHo with KPMG Law. KPMG Law and KPMG provided tax and legal advice in particular on the acquisition of the properties.
