Felix Laquai was admitted to the bar in 2018 and has since provided comprehensive advice in the healthcare sector on the service provider side, e.g. operators of hospitals or nursing homes, medical care centers (MVZ) and group practices of (dental) physicians as well as pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in all legal matters.
In addition to industry-specific transactions, his practice focuses in particular on restructuring and cooperation projects, the establishment of outpatient (MVZ) structures, and ongoing advice on all regulatory facets of medical and healthcare law, especially with regard to licensing, remuneration or financing issues.
