KPMG Law strengthens Legal Transformation Managed Services and Legal Corporate Services with two new senior managers

On January 1, KPMG Law strengthened its Transformation Managed Services practice with Jana Sichelschmidt and its Corporate Services practice with Dr. Michaela Lenk. Both are working at KPMG Law’s Munich office as Senior Managers, the highest level below Partner at KPMG Law.

Jana Sichelschmidt previously worked at PwC Legal as a Senior Manager in the Legal Business Solutions division. Her focus there was on the optimization and transformation of the process and organizational structure of the legal department in companies (including complex contract lifecycle management implementations) as well as the change management of legal operations projects. Prior to that, she worked for over 10 years at various major international law firms in the field of banking and capital markets law. She is qualified as a German and English solicitor. Her consulting focus at KPMG Law is on digitalization, technology and process consulting for legal departments as well as the implementation of legal managed services projects. Sichelschmidt is a member of the team led by Philipp Glock, CTO, Partner and Head of the Legal Transformation & Managed Services Solution Line at KPMG Law. Dr. Michaela Lenk previously worked at PSP Munich, where she advised on commercial and corporate law and M&A since November 2020. Prior to that, she worked at POELLATH in the area of M&A and corporate law. Her focus at KPMG Law includes advising on commercial and corporate law as well as strategic M&A projects in the private equity sector. She also focuses on managing director and board service agreements, employee participation programs and compliance. Lenk joins the team of Dr. Ian Maywald, partner in the M&A cluster at KPMG Law.
