KPMG Law advises Bosch on the multinational carve-out of the en-tire product business of Bosch Building Technologies

KPMG Law advises Robert Bosch on the carve-out of the building technologies division’s product business for security and communications technology (Bosch Building Technologies) in more than 30 jurisdictions in connection with the sale to the European investment firm Triton.

KPMG Law accompanies the legal team of Robert Bosch, a multinational engineering and electronics company headquartered in Gerlingen near Stuttgart, Germany, in the carve-out of the building technologies division’s product business for security and communications technology (Bosch Building Technologies) in more than 30 jurisdictions. Reason for the carve-out is the sale of the business to the European investment firm Triton. The Bosch legal team comprises in particular Matthias Klatt, Ulrike Acker, Moritz Bayer, Jonathan Burton, Rainer Bischof, Kathrin Rettner and Uwe Schneider. The KPMG Law team is led by Munich partner Dr. Ian Maywald and comprises in the German core team Jasmin Kluike, Moritz Stenbock Fermor, Laura Herr, Kathrin Brügger and Dr. Jonas Brückner. In total, KPMG Law is advising across all jurisdictions with around 100 lawyers.
