KPMG and KPMG Law supported the sale of circular Informationssysteme to the teccle group

Together with the corporate finance/M&A advisors of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG), KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) advised the shareholders of circular Informationssysteme GmbH (circular) on the sale of their shares to the teccle group (teccle) – from the organization of the bidding process to the negotiation and notarization of the legal sale documentation.

The previous shareholders of circular, who will continue to work for the company in the future, were looking for a strategic partner to meet the demand of their customers and to ensure circular’s quality standards with regard to employee culture and cooperation with customers and suppliers. KPMG assisted the shareholders in the preparation and implementation of the bidding process and advised them in particular on strategic, M&A procedural and commercial/financial issues. KPMG Law advised the shareholders on the legal aspects of the due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of the sale documentation and the preparation and execution of the notarization. circular is a provider of IT services with a focus on security, network, data center and cloud solutions for business customers in the private and public sectors. teccle is a group of German IT service providers with 16 group companies.
