The previous shareholders of circular, who will continue to work for the company in the future, were looking for a strategic partner to meet the demand of their customers and to ensure circular’s quality standards with regard to employee culture and cooperation with customers and suppliers. KPMG assisted the shareholders in the preparation and implementation of the bidding process and advised them in particular on strategic, M&A procedural and commercial/financial issues.
