#moreFamily

Reconciling career and family is an important goal for many employees. KPMG Law offers you a variety of options to help you meet the demands of your daily work life as well as your family life. And that pays off, in the truest sense of the word, as our Fokus.Familie program provides organizational and financial support for young parents after the birth of a child, so that parents can devote equal time to their families and yet continue to participate successfully in working life. To this end, we offer individualized working time rules and home office solutions, and also provide financial rewards in the form of monthly bonuses over a period of two years, and under certain conditions, if mothers and fathers return to work soon after their completing their parental leave. In addition, together with cooperation partners, we offer help and support with home care as well as the option of care leave, part-time leave and family care leave. This is the community spirit at KPMG Law that characterizes our “we” culture.
