The world of work is changing – and we are changing with it. We offer you numerous opportunities to flexibly arrange your working hours and work location. We are convinced that with this flexibility you can fully develop your potential and work strength-oriented.

A perfect balance between work and private life is important to you? Our new fleXwork program makes this a reality at KPMG Law: We combine innovative working time models with the best of the physical and virtual worlds of work.

In your branch office you will find a pleasant working atmosphere and modern office equipment. Here you can individually design your working day and adjust it to your life circumstances. In addition, you will exchange ideas with your colleagues and expand your network, including customer contacts.

You can work from home, from other locations or on the road – we allow you to work on the move. In addition, our Workation offers are available to you in selected European countries. As you can see, there is always a suitable option for your individual work-life balance at KPMG Law.

  • Flexibilization of work location

    Mobile working:

    Working atmosphere and office organization in your branch are important to you, but you also appreciate the advantages of virtual working? Then create your optimal fleXwork environment. For example, by combining home office and mobile working with the personal contact and benefits in our branches. In this way, you will be able to strike a balance between working on site, in the home office and with our clients.

    Working abroad in the EU:

    Travel abroad and work at the same time? This is possible with fleXwork at KPMG Law for up to 20 days per year in certain European countries (e.g. France, Spain or Italy).

  • Flexibilization working time

    Flexible working time models:

    With fleXwork, you can pursue other projects alongside your career at KPMG Law, for example as an athlete or with a second degree. We offer flexible working time models with individual weekly or monthly working hours and the option to flex your time on an annual basis, allowing you to achieve your personal goals outside of work.

    Time for volunteering:

    Do you want to give something back to society and volunteer? We think that’s good and support you in this, because social commitment has a high priority at KPMG Law. That’s why you can contribute up to four hours of your working time to an honorary position with us every month.

    Support household and care:

    In order to organize everyday life, support is sometimes needed in the household, with care or childcare. We have external cooperation partners for precisely this purpose, who are available to you in word and deed, and offer not only qualified advice but also fast, professional support.

    Caregiver leave, part-time caregiver leave, family caregiver leave:

    With fleXwork, flexible working time models are possible for balancing work and home care or childcare. In this way, we can provide you with uncomplicated support during phases of your life when you need more space for your family.

Reconciling career and family is an important goal for many employees. KPMG Law offers you a variety of options to help you meet the demands of your daily work life as well as your family life. And that pays off, in the truest sense of the word, because our Fokus.Familie program provides organizational and financial support for young parents after the birth of a child, so that they can devote equal time to their families and yet continue to participate successfully in working life. To this end, we offer individualized working time rules and home office solutions, and also provide financial rewards in the form of monthly bonuses over a period of two years if mothers and fathers return promptly from parental leave under certain conditions. In addition, together with cooperation partners, we offer help and support with home care as well as the option of nursing leave and part-time leave as well as family care leave.
