KPMG Law wins Irina Grillmeier for the Corporate/ M&A practice in the Stuttgart office

On October 1, 2019, Irina Grillmeier joined KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) in Stuttgart as a Senior Manager in the Corporate/ M&A department. She joins KPMG from PwC Legal, where she was a leader in the Global Entity Management/Corporate Secretarial Services practice in Stuttgart since 2010, a practice for which she will also be responsible at KPMG Law.

In addition to her focus on global entity management, which includes ongoing corporate law advice to corporations and partnerships, Grillmeier also advises on national and international corporate transactions, the acquisition and sale of majority and minority stakes, and national and international restructurings. She started her career as a lawyer at Flint Group Germany GmbH in Stuttgart.

As of July 1, the team in Stuttgart had already been strengthened with Patrick Winter as Senior Associate for Corporate/ M&A, who joined KPMG Law from Melchers in Heidelberg. With Ms. Grillmeier, Mr. Winter and three new associates in the areas of compliance, corporate and litigation, the law firm continues to expand its Stuttgart office.
