KPMG Law strengthens with Dr. Jyn Schultze-Melling

KPMG Law has strengthened its team with an addition at partner level as of April 1. The data protection specialist Dr. Jyn Schultze-Melling is based in Berlin.

Dr. Jyn Schultze-Melling joins from Gunnercooke, with previous positions at EY Law, Facebook, Allianz SE, Deutsche Bahn AG and Noerr. The internationally renowned expert in information law and data protection draws on more than 20 years of experience in the implementation of complex regulatory requirements. Combined with his knowledge in applied technologies and artificial intelligence, he supports his clients in all legal and regulatory aspects of international data protection law and in the planning and implementation of modern data protection management systems, an essential basic element of a digital transformation designed for legal certainty.

At KPMG Law, Schultze-Melling will work with his team nationwide from the Berlin office. In addition to expanding strategic legal advice and operational support in group data protection, the focus of his work will be on developing innovative legal tech solutions for data protection management.
