KPMG Law and KPMG advise the Forterro Group on the acquisition of alltrotec

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) and KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) advised the Forterro Group on the due diligence, structuring and implementation of the acquisition of alltrotec GmbH. abas Software GmbH, part of the Forterro Group, has acquired alltrotec GmbH.
KPMG Law and KPMG carried out a comprehensive legal, financial and tax due diligence.
KPMG Law also advised on the structuring of the transaction, the share purchase agreement and its legal implementation.
KPMG Law and KPMG worked together with a cross-location team.
Forterro, headquartered in the United Kingdom, was founded in 2012 and has grown to become one of the leading providers of software solutions for industry, with locations in key manufacturing countries in Europe and regional service and development centers around the world.
From more than 40 locations, over 1,600 employees supply and support more than 13,000 industrial companies with software.
Forterro was acquired by Partners Group in early 2022.
Founded in 1990 and based in Dresden, alltrotec GmbH is an IT service provider that implements complete solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
alltrotec GmbH is an ERP solution provider with specialized expertise in project and simulation-based production and procurement planning, primarily for medium-sized companies.
Alltrotec GmbH already worked closely with abas Software GmbH as a provider of ERP software as a certified and strategic abas development partner.
