KPMG Law advises the HWP Handwerkspartner Group on the acquisition of Manfred Teckenburg Elektroanlagen

KPMG Law carried out a comprehensive legal due diligence for the HWP Handwerkspartner Group on the acquisition of Teckenburg Elektroanlagen and supported the purchase agreement negotiations.
KPMG Law worked with a cross-location team, primarily from the areas of employment law and corporate/M&A.
Founded in 1991, Manfred Teckenburg Elektroanlagen is a master craftsman’s business and sole proprietorship in the field of low-voltage electrical installations, which was renamed a GmbH as part of the transaction.
The company has 20 employees and is based in Willich, North Rhine-Westphalia.
The HWP Handwerkspartner Group was founded in 2007 and employs around 1,250 people at over 20 locations in Germany and Luxembourg.
The three main service areas include painting and finishing work, building protection and technical building equipment (TGA) including roofing and solar.

Since 2023, the HWP Handwerkspartner Group has been part of GRIP (Goldbeck Robens Industrial Partners), an investment company owned by the Goldbeck family of entrepreneurs from Bielefeld and the entrepreneur Björn-Hendrik Robens.
Until 2023, the majority shareholder of the HWP Handwerkspartner Group was the private equity firm Adiuva Capital from Hamburg.
