KPMG Law advises ORAFOL Europe GmbH

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) has advised together with KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG), assisted ORAFOL Europe GmbH with the acquisition of three graphic dealer organizations in Australia advise On June 30, 2017, KPMG successfully completed the acquisitions for the client. Since 2011, KPMG has advised ORAFOL Europe GmbH, including on the acquisition of the American Reflexite Group.

The strategic acquisition of the three dealers with locations in Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide has enabled ORAFOL to significantly expand its presence in the Australian market. The aim is the exclusive distribution of ORAFOL products from the Reflective Solutions and Graphic Innovations divisions in Australia.

ORAFOL Group manufactures high-quality graphic products, reflective materials and adhesive tape systems. Headquartered in Oranienburg, Germany, ORAFOL is represented worldwide by production and sales organizations.
