KPMG Law advises Konzmann Kältetechnik on the acquisition of Trenker

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH provided legal advice to Konzmann GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in Trenker GmbH.

The Konzmann Group is a service provider for all aspects of real estate, specializing in the planning, construction and operation of building technology in all fields. Konzmann Kältetechnik is part of the Konzmann Group and specializes in refrigeration systems for room air conditioning and process cooling for industrial and commercial use.

Trenker GmbH, based in Garching near Munich, is a medium-sized company that has grown for more than 40 years and specializes in consulting, planning, execution and service for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump systems as well as environmental technology. Trenker is a registered air conditioning and refrigeration specialist and a member of the Federal Guild Association.

In the context of the transaction, KPMG Law provided legal advice and structuring services for the legal due diligence as well as for the drafting and negotiation of the contractual framework underlying the transaction.
