KPMG Law advises Klüh on the sale of the airside airport service business at Frankfurt Airport to WISAG

KPMG Law advised Düsseldorf-based Klüh Cleaning GmbH on the sale of its airside airport service business at Frankfurt Airport to WISAG Ground Service Rhein-Main GmbH & Co KG.

Klüh Cleaning is active throughout Germany in the cleaning of all types of buildings and means of transport and is part of the Klüh Group, which focuses on cleaning, catering, security, personal service, airport service and integrated services.

The buyer is part of the WISAG Aviation Service Group, which is active throughout Germany in cabin cleaning, ground handling and passenger and cargo handling.

KPMG Law provided legal support for the transaction under the leadership of Jan Erik Schapmann. Klüh was advised on tax matters by Carsten Schaefer of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
