KPMG LAW advises HWP Handwerkspartner and Konzmann on the acquisition of the Heima-welte Group

HWP Handwerkspartner AG and Konzmann GmbH have taken over all shares in heima welte Haustechnik GmbH & Co KG from the previous owners. KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH provided the buyers with comprehensive tax and legal advice on the transaction.

Heima-welte, based in Balingen, Baden-Württemberg, has been a specialist company for the construction of heating, ventilation and sanitary systems for more than 30 years. With over 100 employees, the company offers a comprehensive portfolio of services in the fields of plant engineering, modernization, boiler replacement, condensing boiler technology, solar systems, heat pumps, wood, pellets and bathroom renovations. HWP Handwerkspartner, based in Harrislee near Flensburg, and Konzmann, based in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, are among the construction services companies in Germany.

KPMG Law provided comprehensive legal advice to HWP Handwerkspartner and Konzmann in connection with the acquisition of the Heima-welte Group and tax advice to KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. HWP Handwerkspartner and Konzmann are portfolio companies of Adiuva Capital GmbH based in Hamburg. The team around Dr. Christian Nordholtz has been advising Adiuva Capital on transactions for several years.
