KPMG Law advises BETOMAX, a company of INDUS Holding AG, on the acquisition of TRIGOSYS GmbH

KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) has provided legal advice to BETOMAX systems GmbH & Co KG, a company of INDUS Holding AG, on the acquisition of all shares in TRIGOSYS GmbH, based in Föritztal (Thuringia). The transaction expands the INDUS Group’s product portfolio in the Infrastructure segment in the field of shuttering of construction joints.

TRIGOSYS develops, produces and sells permanent formwork for reinforced concrete construction under the brand name TRIGOFORM. The company focuses on the planning and production of formwork solutions in civil engineering, for example for tunnels or trough structures that form entrances to underpasses or tunnels. INDUS Holding AG is a German investment company that combines medium-sized companies from various sectors in its portfolio.

The acquisition is intended to leverage synergy effects through the complementary product portfolios. . With this acquisition, the INDUS subsidiary BETOMAX is expanding its range to include formwork solutions for civil engineering.

Advisory team

KPMG Law advised on the transaction with an interdisciplinary team led by Dr. Roland Hens and André Giesen (both Corporate/M&A). The advisory team also included Christine Stork (Corporate/M&A), Petra Swai (Real Estate), Dr. Thomas Beyer and Hendrik Schödder (both IP/Intellectual Property) as well as Gracjan Modrzyk (Employment).
